Snowman

Purchase “Snowman” for your wall. This image was created February 26 2010 in the wake of the 3 day snow storm that slammed the New Jersey area. The air temp hovered in the mid thirties. The snow was so deep the Snowman in the foreground lived to a ripe old age!

Big Storm

This storm is pretty big. A lot of water moving around. Rainy and snotty. It reminds me of early fall and how most of NJ was hightailing it to NY every week for all those NE swells. New York should see some fun waves today and the rest of the week. If the winds cooperate than NJ too. Either way there looks to be plenty in our area for the next few days!

When it's raining and foggy it's probably good in New York.

One Swell Two Countries

New Jersey saw some fun surf recently from yet another snow storm. We caught it fun here at home, and then down to Barbados to catch the same swell! I didn’t even know that was possible until Pete from Bayhead NJ, now a transplant to Barbados, pointed that out. Thanks Pete! How cool is that! I mean really, how cold is that! 38 degree water temp in Jersey and then 82 degree water temp in Barbados.

For now enjoy the tail end of Old Man Winter because here comes spring!
